"The driver was very patient, as our plane was significantly delayed from takeoff with maintenance issues, so it put our arrival almost 2 hours behind schedule. He was very friendly, helpful and informative. He offered us water for the trip from the airport to near Southampton. The Mercedes V-Class was as advertised with plenty of room for the three of us and all of our luggage, including a fold up wheelchair. Gave the driver a nice tip for his efforts. Highly recommend this service."
